1. Introduction and Acceptance

Prohibited Conduct
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and use of automated betting software are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
Terms Updates

2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account on 499net and to use any of the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age. 499net reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify your age. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the minimum age will be closed immediately and any funds held on account may be withheld pending investigation.
Single Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own details or under the details of another person — is strictly forbidden. Where multiple accounts are identified, 499net reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or historical winnings obtained through the duplicate accounts.
Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information when registering your 499net account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and the mobile number you use for your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
Not a Self-Excluded Player
You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a voluntary exclusion period when registering or using the Services. If you have previously requested self-exclusion on 499net, you must not attempt to open a new account until any applicable cooling-off period has expired and the exclusion has been formally lifted by the support team.
3. Account Management
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 499net account. The following rules apply to the management and security of your account at all times.
Login Credentials
Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You must choose a strong, unique password and update it immediately if you believe it may have been compromised. 499net will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
Identity Verification (KYC)
499net may require you to complete identity verification at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Account Communications
By registering an account, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from 499net via SMS or the contact details you have provided. Transactional messages related to account activity, security alerts, and payment confirmations cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.
Account Closure
You may request to close your 499net account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance (excluding voided bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method following verification. 499net reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or regulatory risk.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
499net accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform.
Deposit Conditions
Deposits must be made using a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a different individual — are not permitted. 499net reserves the right to return funds and suspend accounts where third-party payments are detected.
- Minimum deposit: ৳200
- Maximum single deposit: ৳100,000
- Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider
- 499net is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's network
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, and to the same registered account. 499net will not send withdrawal payments to a different mobile wallet or a third-party account under any circumstances.

- Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of request approval
- Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed
- 499net reserves the right to perform additional checks before releasing withdrawal funds
Currency and Fees
All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 499net does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 499net is not responsible.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
499net may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
Bonus Eligibility and Wagering
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds may only be used for bets on eligible games or markets as specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not count towards wagering requirements.
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage betting strategies with bonus funds, or any other behaviour that 499net determines to be in bad faith — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, the cancellation of any winnings generated from the bonus, and potential permanent account closure. 499net's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
Promotion Validity
All bonus offers have a validity period. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. 499net reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all bets, wagers, and game rounds played on 499net, including sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, and others), live dealer casino games, slots, and crash games.
Bet Acceptance
A bet or wager is only accepted and valid once you have received a confirmation from the 499net platform (either a bet ID for sports markets or a completed game round result for casino games). Bets that have not been confirmed by the system are not valid and will not be settled. Connectivity issues on your device do not obligate 499net to honour unconfirmed bets.
Settlement of Sports Bets
Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) at the conclusion of the event. In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the bet is confirmed, not at the time of placement. 499net reserves the right to void any bet where a clear error in odds has occurred, including obvious mis-pricing or system errors.
Casino Game Integrity
All casino games offered on 499net — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and RNG-based slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are determined independently of 499net and the player. Technical malfunctions (including disconnections during a game round) are governed by each game provider's specific rules and may result in the round being voided.
Prohibited Betting Behaviour
The use of automated betting software, bots, scripting tools, or any artificial method of placing bets is strictly prohibited. Collusion between players on live tables, match-fixing, or any form of cheating will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities. 499net employs fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts and betting patterns continuously.

Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond 499net's reasonable control (including telecommunications outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the Services. 499net will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of Service unavailability.
No Warranty
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 499net makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content available through the Services, including but not limited to odds, match statistics, and game descriptions.
9. Amendments and Governing Law
Right to Amend
499net reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Entire Agreement
